Wallace Lau, a Hong Kong bartender with strong passion towards the food and beverage industry. Have been working in wine trading and food and beverage industry since 2010.
After two years worked in bar, night club and wine trading. He have a solid knowledge in cocktail, wine and spirit.
He joint Angel's Share, a fine whisky bar in Hong Kong in 2012. Under training by Mr. Bryan Chan and with the strong passion in bartending, he got the 2nd runner up in Diageo World Class Hong Kong Final 2013, champion in Pairing the best by Les Vergers Boiron Hong Kong Region 2013 and 2nd runner up in Pairing the best by Les Vegers Boiron Global 2013.
