The Bergeron variety, which grows on plantations often next the Hermitage vineyards, is known for its sugar-acid balance and its beautiful orange color. This variety is used for our puree and coulis.
Product in the form of a thick preparation, smooth but pourable, obtained from the edible part of blended, refined fruit with just the right quantity of added sugar(s).
Squeezable plastic bottle with spout, in polypropylene (PP), 500g contents, 12 bottles per case.

Unfreeze and Usage
In order to maintain all the sensory qualities of our product, Les Vergers Boiron recommend you to defrost the product in its original packaging at a temperature between 35°Fand 39°F, 24 hours minimum.
If needed you can also defrost the product in its original packaging in bain-marie.
In order to obtain a perfectly homogenous product, Vergers Boiron recommend you, to defrost the whole product and mix it.
After defrosting, the product can be stored for 15 days at +35/+39°F in its closed packaging.
Warning : Do not put bottle in microwave.Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices. DO NOT REFREEZE A DEFROSTED PRODUCT
