Honey chocolate cake & Boiron semi-candied oranges

  • Les vergers Boiron Semi-candied Orange - 100 g
  • Dark chocolate 58% to 64% - 500 g
  • Butter - 340 g
  • “Muscavodo” sugar - 170 g
  • Honey - 80 g
  • Invert sugar - 50 g
  • Eggs - 510 g
  • Cake flour - 140 g
  • Baking powder - 10 g

Combine all sugars together and add the eggs.
Add the melted chocolate into the well-dissolved sugars.
Incorporate the flour and baking powder into the chocolate mixture.
Spread the semi-candied oranges in the middle of the chocolate mixture.
Bake in a 176˚C/350˚F oven for 30-40min.
