Cake

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Add the cream and vanilla.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture.
Incorporate the liquid butter.
Bake at 180°C for 30-40min in a bread loaf mold.

Lemon punchage

Once the cake is out of the oven apply some syrup on the top.

Lemon icing

Dress on the warm cake and put it back in the oven for 10min at 180°C.
